I know that the year is equally divided, but I always feel that by the time we get to February it seems like it has been cold and wintery for the longest of times. Maybe it’s because winter is tapped onto the coldness of late autumn, or maybe it’s because January feels longer than any other month. Whatever it is, by the time February rolls around most people are longing for brighter days again, and while spring is almost in touching distance we’re still seeing out the last days of winter.

February can be quite a cold month, the days are short the cold days can feel relentless. If you’re feeling a little lacklustre, you’re not alone. But February doesn't have to be a month of dreariness. Today I want to help see you through February and remind you of this if you’re struggling: brighter days are coming.
