Firstly, welcome. I am so grateful to have you here and I am so grateful to each one of you here in my paid community. I don’t take your investment lightly and I am looking forward to diving into slow and simple living. Alongside my Sunday Pause, which I hope you have been receiving in your inbox, The Simple Shift is my weekly premium content just for you. Each week we’re going to dive into something, anything even, just something to do with living slowly, simply, more mindfully and intentionally.
