Every Monday: Each and every Monday you can listen to a brand new podcast episodes. I have more than 80 episodes to help guide you through living slowly, simply and more intentionally. (free & paid members)
Every Week: The Simple Shift - my weekly paid content aimed at guiding you through lifes ebbs and flows. In these emails/posts you will find we go deeper and are more guided to implement how we can lives slowly, simply and more intentionally. This will include resources, 1 premium podcast each month, access to meditations, visualisations, videos and will also have a focus on how you can get started and get tangible results in your life. Wednesday 10th April @ 8pm: The Slow Living Collective Community Event + Q&A. At these events we will dive deeper into living more slowly, simply, seasonally and holistically in more of coaching format. (Paid Members only)
Saturday 20th April @ 10 am: If you are local to East Hertfordshire why not come along and join our in-person Women’s Circle. This 3 hour immersive wellbeing circle will centre around the theme of gratitude and will include gentle and restorative yoga, breath work, meditations and circle work. If you’re interested in reserving your space you can do so here.
There will be no free end of month Wellbeing Circle this month as I will be away, but check back for the May date soon
